While one building evokes a distinctly urban feel by anchoring the increasingly active corner at Burnham Street with retail opportunities, the other building quietly follows the topography down to Fanno Creek and extends right up to the tree line, integrating into the surrounding landscape. The interior design language alludes to the verdant calm of a greenhouse or conservatory that feels like an extension of the expansive courtyard and lush natural landscape beyond.
Attwell Off Main also incorporates a number of energy efficient and healthy environmentally responsible features, including an air barrier envelope system, high efficiency water heaters, LED lighting and low-VOC finish materials.
