Corbett Heights is a new multi-family apartment building between the OSHU campuses and the South Waterfront. The 5-story, 41,000 sf wood-framed building offers 44 apartment units, 4 townhouses and underground parking.
Corbett Heights was designed to complement the Victorian turn-of-the-century single-family homes in the quiet, tree-lined Lair Hill neighborhood. A series of window bays break up the exterior façade and blend the building in with its surroundings. Building amenities include a fitness room, a bike storage room and repair station, a dog washing and grooming area and outdoor patio space. Corbett Heights is oriented to take in fantastic panoramic views of Mt. Hood, the Willamette River and the South Waterfront.
Achieving Earth Advantage Gold certification, the design includes Energy Star-certified lighting and appliances, water-saving landscaping, low-VOC interior materials, and highly-efficient mechanical and water heating systems.
