The Las Vegas Fairfield Inn renovation consists of both exterior and interior upgrades as part of an extensive Marriott Property Improvement Plan. In addition to a new exterior paint scheme, site improvements and new sunroom storefront, the design entails demolishing the existing porte cochere to make way for a new upward-sweeping porte cochere to welcome the guests. Upon entry, visitors are received by a fully updated, custom-designed reception desk, lobby and public spaces. Newly appointed guestrooms, with a fusion of custom and prototypical design, complement the contemporary public spaces with bold finishes and pops of color that are representative of the “Entertainment Capital of the World”.
