As part of the preliminary study analyzing the possibility of extending streetcar service to Lake Oswego, SERA was commissioned by Metro to create graphic renderings for three potential transit-oriented development sites in Downtown Lake Oswego. SERA created conceptual development scenarios for each of these key sites, including site plans and concept building design, and produced graphic SketchUp renderings illustrating these sites’ development potential to members of the community.
