Mercato Grove

Mercato Grove is a mixed-use development offering 206 apartments, 50,000 sf of retail and structured parking for more than 550 vehicles. The project weaves together a mix of uses that will offer the vibrancy of urban amenities within the charm and character of the existing community.

Located at the major crossroads of Boones Ferry Road and Kruse Way in Lake Oswego, the project features apartments ranging in size from studios to three-bedrooms and a variety of amenities. The retail is organized around a festival street atmosphere and includes a mix of experiential retailers congregated around the ample internal parking and attractive outdoor gathering areas available to the public. Mercato Grove is one of the largest new developments in a city where there aren’t that many big opportunities left.

Mercato Grove sits on a six-acre site, which served as a home to medical offices. After struggling for several years with few merchants and medical tenants, the three medical office buildings were torn down to make space for Mercato Grove redevelopment.

“Our goal is to establish an authentic place that blends a residential and retail experience unlike anything available outside the urban core,” said Damin Tarlow, Senior Vice President of Trammell Crow Company.
