The Multnomah Village Apartments is one of the first new mixed-use developments located in the vibrant neighborhood’s “downtown” in Southwest Portland. Located next to the Multnomah Arts center, the project includes 70 residential units and ground floor retail that will contribute to the community’s walkable neighborhood character. High efficiency lighting, Energy Star appliances and low-flow plumbing fixtures, as well as stormwater planters, qualify the development for Energy Trust of Oregon incentives.
