At SERA, our architecture work focuses on three central commitments that drive our definition of evolved design: experience, community, and performance.

We design for people and their experiences. We consider how different people will feel in different environments.

We design for communities. We know that spaces are at their best when they bring people together and we think about how our designs respond to and enhance that experience, too.

We design for performance. Taking responsibility for the past, present and future of place means ensuring our buildings function well for the long term. Sustainable design, urban infill, adaptive reuse, and redevelopment are important strategies that guide innovative placemaking.
