One Thing That Would Improve Our City
Dedicated urban campgrounds with a caretaker and defined rules, evenly distributed across the city so each neighborhood assumes their share of our current burden. We need to provide clear locations for people to temporarily live that offer basic sanitation, modest cover from the elements if possible, maybe secure temporary storage, and above all… DIGNITY!
