Acknowledging the past, moving into the future

An original gas pump flanking the entrance, serves as a sculptural salute to the site’s history.

Neighborhood charm that pays tribute to the past

In the heart of Multnomah Village, a quintessentially Portland urban community filled with charming and quirky cafes, galleries, and shops, these two buildings spark memories of the area's history in a decidedly modern context.

Designed with a nod to the original Streamline Moderne style of the 1940s gas station, which formerly occupied the site

The building features a rounded “flatiron” corner at the primary intersection.

Contributing to a vibrant atmosphere

Ground floor retail and restaurant help activate the street–a beloved destination for locals and travelers.

Scenic vistas of Portland’s verdant hillsides

Balconies, terraces, and a common rooftop terrace with barbecue and outdoor seating provide ample opportunities to enjoy the surrounding area.
