Jason Robertson worked with SERA and an economic team to develop an action plan Downtown Olympia. The team was asked to review previous downtown plans, identify key activity nodes, and recommend redevelopment opportunity sites that could accommodate mixed-use development with retail and housing. The team also produced a best practices design manual and a implementation tool kit that outlines various means for financing priority improvements. To tie these components together, the team created conceptual renderings and a pro forma analysis to show how one possible mixed-use development would look and perform should the City choose to proceed.
