SERA worked with American Campus Communities to design and develop a new student housing complex for Portland State University in downtown Portland. This 16-story high-rise will provide 948 beds for undergraduate and international students above two levels of classrooms and ground-floor retail, making it a true living learning center. University Pointe at College Station aids PSU’s evolution from commuter school to thriving residential campus by supporting enrollment growth and encouraging student retention. Located on a key gateway site to both PSU and Portland’s City Center, University Pointe is a new landmark for the university. It provides a front door to PSU students and visitors coming from the south while its new MAX stop allows residents to roll off the train and into their apartments.
