SERA shares ROSE’s mission to revitalize outer Southeast Portland through the development of homes and economic opportunities. Just this month, SERA and O’Neill/Walsh Community Builders broke ground on the new ROSE/APANO Affordable Mixed Use Development — a project that will provide 48 affordable housing units to the underserved in the heart of the Jade District.
