Congratulations, New SERA Associates!

SERA’s principal group is proud to announce 20 new Associates, with an additional three staff members rising to the Senior Associate level.

The Associates program at SERA recognizes high-performing and firm-focused individuals who add value to our practice. The Senior Associates title is bestowed upon employees with an additional aptitude or role in business development or operations.

“As staff mature in their careers here, one of the things we look for is that moment when an employee begins to demonstrate a “firm-first” mentality – when they start putting the interests of SERA as an institution ahead of their own personal interests,” said Principal Matthew Arnold. “Those are the employees that we not only need to retain and recognize, but also bring into our long-term succession plan.”
